La VERSIONE 350-H è particolarmente adatta per il controllo di componenti cilindrici da collocare tra le contropunte oppure su supporti a “V”, e per particolari da fissare in morsa.
La foto illustra il visualizzatore di quote compreso nella composizione standard dello strumento, per la misura degli spostamenti lineari della tavola ed angolare dello schermo.
Il nuovo visualizzatore MT-1000-C (optional) oltre alla visualizzazione degli assi, consente di calcolare automaticamente i dati geometrici del pezzo da controllare. (fig.2)

La VERSIONE 350-V è destinata al controllo di piccoli e sottili componenti da appoggiare direttamente sulla tavola.
Questa versione è pertanto utile nei settori della minuteria meccanica, plastica, gomma, elettronica ed affini.
L’elaboratore dati modello Quadra Check 221E (optional) ha un sensore ottico per l’acquisizione automatica del profilo del pezzo in esame. (fig.1)

Entrambe le Versioni dispongono di schermo di proiezione di 350 mm con lettura angolare mediante visualizzatore quote.
Si differenziano nel sistema di proiezione che è di tipo orizzontale nella Versione 350-H e verticale nella 350-V.

PROFILE PROJECTOR/BI-DIMENSIONAL MEASURING INSTRUMENT

The 350 H VERSION is particularly suitable for checking cylindrical components to be fixed between dead centres or placed on “V” supports as well as for specimen to be clamped by means of vice.
The picture shows the digital readout included in the standard composition of the instrument for the measurement of linear worktable and screen angular displacements.
The new digital readout MT-1000-C (optional) has an axes display that allows the automatic geometrical data calculation of the specimen.(fig.2)

The 350 V VERSION is suitable for checking small and thin components to be placed directly on the worktable.
This version is therefore useful for small mechanic parts, as well as plastic, rubber, electronic and similar components.
The Data Processor model Quadra Check 221E (optional) has an optical edge finder for the automatic acquisition of the specimen profile.(fig.1)

The new Helios traces the return of the MICROTECNICA trade mark to the compact/bench top market sector for Profile Projectors with an excellent price/performance ratio.
With the traditional name are all the benefits of the original model: ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, STURDY construction but now technically updated and featuring new electronic measuring systems including PC facility and numerical control.
The new Helios is available in two versions as follows:
- 350-H with horizontal projection system
- 350-V with vertical projection system
Both versions are fitted with a fully usable 350 mm diameter projector screen with digital display for angular measurements as standard.
The difference between the two versions is in the optical projection axis which is horizontal in the 350-H and vertical in the 350-V.
The new Helios enables the MICROTECNICA Profile Projector trade mark to offer a complete range of instruments, which thanks to the highest accuracy, are suitable to meet all current standards including ISO 9001:2000.
